However it's great when paired with a lip pencil. On its own, this is a like, but not a love for me I think I just suit slightly darker and warmer colours. This again works beautifully with the Spice Lip Pencil for a warm brown nude lip. I love how creamy but long-lasting the formula is too. I'm not sure why it has such a misleading name as it's definitely a warm caramel tone. This does for me what Velvet Teddy does for a lot of others it's my perfect matte brown-nude lipstick. Whilst I love it on its own, wearing Spice underneath makes it last longer and just gives that extra bit of pigmentation. This is quite a sheer 'my lips but better' shade that's more towards brown but definitely has some pinky tones too. I also love the dusky-pink shade because it works beautifully with more mauve-toned nude lip colours. I think this would have to be my favourite lip pencil of the bunch! I would say it has the creamiest formula and it applies like a dream. It's a really nice dark brown nude shade with slightly reddy tones. I find this a touch drier in texture than the other two. I know a lot of people wear these lip pencils on their own but personally I find them just a tad too dry for that. The formula is so lovely and creamy but it's waxy enough to do the job.

This is a gorgeous caramel-brown nude colour that goes with so many lipsticks I own.
